November 2011	Established under the sponsorship of 7 leading railway companies(1) in Japan (1) East Japan Railway Company, Tokyo Metro Co., Ltd., West Japan Railway Company, TOKYU CORPORATION, Kyushu Railway Company, Japan Freight Railway Company and Keihan Holdings Co., Ltd.
April 2012	Overseas railway consulting business was transferred from JAPAN RAILWAY TECHNICAL SERVICE (JARTS) and overseas division was transferred from JR East Consultants Company. Full-scale operations began with additional investment from other three railway companies(2). (2) SEIBU RAILWAY Co., Ltd., Keio Corporation., Osaka Metro Co. Ltd
June 2013	Awarded JICA’s Project on improvement of service and safety of railway in Myanmar
December 2013	Awarded and contracted for JICA’s Joint Feasibility Study for Mumbai – Ahmedabad High Speed Railway Corridor
December 2013	Awarded and contracted for JICA’s “Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway project (Phase I)”
August 2015	Contracted for and launched Myanmar State Railways’ railway-related grant aid project
April 2016	Awarded and contracted for Operation and Maintenance Consulting Service (OMCS) for Project of Jakarta MRT System Phase 1
December 2016	Awarded and contracted for “General Consultancy of The Mumbai – Ahmedabad High Speed Railway Project”
