Project Outline
The progress of the tendering procedure for the Indian High Speed Rail Project led to the launch of a civil work package in December 2020 in Gujarat, located north of the line.
NHSRCL contracted with a local consultant in India for construction supervision of the civil work package. However, the local consultant needed to help fully handle questions and changes to the design to meet local circumstances and environments that arose during the construction phase. We were then requested to support the project.
As the Japanese consultants who conducted the detailed design study, we respond to these requests from a cooperative perspective to the project. We also provide advisory services such as answering questions regarding the design at the construction phase and confirming revised and new designs by the Indian side.
